策略一:加强师资资源
确定和雇用额外的兼职教员将是一个优先事项, 我们目前失去了一名兼职教师,我担心另一名长期教师也会离开. 我们最终还需要为这一热门专业增加一名全职教员,因为随着我们从疫情中恢复过来,入学人数也在增加,而且我们目前的全职教员即将退休.

策略2 -部门行政支持
创建新的半场时间(.5)秘书职位,为PSETC提供行政/文书支持.
